One of the core benefits of Amplify's Collab program is a cobranded Banzai partner page. Banzai provides interactive lesson plans for our community partners, allowing their community to engage with interactive lessons and real-world estimates. In this article, we explain how our Amplify Collab partners can customize their new Banzai partner page to better serve their employees and clients
Key Takeaways:
- Banzai offers interactive financial education for our members and partners.
- As an Amplify partner, you can combine different articles and tools to create custom training for your community.
- These trainings require users to register their name and email address, allowing you to track their progress through a course.
- If you need to access registrant data or would like to customize your partner page in any way, please contact your dedicated banker.
What are the benefits of Banzai?
Amplify works with Banzai, an educational services provider, to provide interactive financial lessons for our customers and the broader Collab community. These lesson plans are designed for all ages and come in three types:
- Articles are text-based lessons broken into helpful sections.
- Coaching sessions are interactive lessons using real-life financials.
- Calculators are tools that help users build actionable financial plans.
You can also combine any number of articles, coaching sessions, and calculators as trainings, which allow you to track the progress of your referrals.
How do I change the look and feel of my partner page?
When a new partner page is created, our team will do our best to match it with your existing branding. However, if you would like to make updates to your page, you can request updates from your dedicated banker. Be prepared to share branding elements such as colors or logos to make sure we get your page just right.
How can I set up a training on my page?
Trainings allow our partners to combine different articles, coaching sessions and calculators into a single course. Banzai users will be required to create an account to start a new training, which allows us to track their progress through the training.
You can request a new training be set up for your partner page by emailing your dedicated banker with the following items:
- The title of the training.
- 1-2 paragraphs describing the course. This will be the first section of the training.
- Your selection of 5-7 articles, coaching sessions, or calculators.
To see a current example, please visit the Amplify Credit Union trainings page. You will be able to review both our real estate and cybersecurity-focused courses.
Can I log in and download registrant info?
Unfortunately, no. We are currently unable to provide our partners with backend access to our platform without also allowing them to see the registrant data for all our partner pages. To keep user information private, you will need to request registration lists from Amplify.
You can do this in one of two ways:
• If you have set up a short-term training, you can request that your dedicated banker send you the registration data once the course has concluded.
• If you have set up an evergreen training, you can request that your dedicated banker send you the registration data on a weekly or twice-weekly basis.
If you have questions, please reach out to your dedicated banker for more information.
Will registered users receive marketing material?
As part of our agreement with Banzai, users are eligible to receive marketing emails from Amplify. However, we will only contact users with information about their specific Collab program. Amplify will not market general products or services to partner registrants.
Who do I contact with questions about my partner page?
If you need help setting up a new training, or have questions about the layout of your partner page, please contact your dedicated banker.
