The biggest benefit of your new cobranded platform is your ability to create trainings or reward programs for your community. These programs can be used to meet program requirements, incentivize learning, or run short giveaways with your employees and clients.
Amplify Credit Union is currently working on a request form for new trainings or rewards programs to make it easier to request new coursework. If you have an immediate need for a new training or rewards program, you can request one via email.
Your request must have:
- The title of the training or rewards program.
- A paragraph describing the coursework.
- Your selection of 5-7 articles, coaching sessions, or calculators available on Banzai.

How do I view course completion records?
If you would like to see which members of your community have completed a specific course, coaching session, or training, please contact Amplify's partnership coordinator, Tu Ta, at tta@goamplify.com. Tu will download the relevant user list and provide it to you by email within 1-2 business days.
Will registered users receive marketing material?
As part of their registration with Banzai, users are eligible to receive marketing emails from Amplify Credit Union. However, Amplify will only contact users about their referral Collab program. Amplify will not market general products or services to registered Collab users.
